Welcome to the PTA

The Churchfields PTA is a registered charity and everyone who has a child attending the school automatically becomes a member.

Churchfields PTA is an excellent way to bring together parents, teachers and others to raise money and to support the school. It provides an opportunity for everyone to work together towards a common goal. All parents and teachers can get involved even if they only have a small amount of time available. Churchfields School benefits from the additional funds raised and it also increases the opportunity for parents to be more involved in school life.

How do I join?

That's the easiest part! As mentioned above, any parent of a child attending Churchfields School can join the PTA. Please contact us via email at churchfieldspta@gmail.com or simply show up at the next meeting. You'll be welcomed with open arms.

What does the PTA do?

The PTA management committee with the help of a many volunteers organises events throughout the year to raise much needed funds for the school. These funds have been used to finance books for the school library, playground equipment, hoodies for the leavers, school outings and much more.

Some of the social events organised by the PTA for the children and parents are: Nature Fete, Christmas and Summer Fair, Spooky Night and Spring Disco, Quiz Night, The Circus and the Easter Egg Hunt.

PTA Meetings

The PTA meetings are usually held on a Monday evening at 7pm in the school.
